Roger Thomas

Hello Everyone!

If it’s not too late “Happy New Year!”

We’ve ended a very productive year and want to thank all of our you for every ounce of your support.

Well this year has already begun on the road in Zurich, Switzerland two days ago. So not much time to reflect, right now I’m thinking much more about the near future.

One big reason is our N7 family has changed (Polo) and is changing (Drew). This will be Andrew’s (our engineer for the last 8yrs) last month with us on the road.

Both of these changes will alter our sound significantly because of the nature of what we do.

Some bands can change a guitarist, drummer and/or engineer and not alter their sound at all.

Obviously, we are not some bands… so the future intrigues me. The unknown is frightening and exciting all at the same time.

I’m presently snowed in… but comfortable in my home with my family. Next stop, Omaha, Nebraska and then on to Washington DC. There we are scheduled to do The BET Honors for TV with a tribute song (medley) to Herbie Hancock. I’m up late going over my part. I think this particular performance may set the tone for the rest of the year. It airs on Feb 1st, but I’ll let you know how it goes before then :-)

Stay close, we’ll be in touch…

Blessings for 2011 for you all.

  8. I really enjoyed N7 last night at Miami University of Ohio. This is the first time I have ever heard of the group and I really had a great time. N7 knows how to put on a show and they sound so natural like real instruments.
